I'm Andrea Feldman, and I help people make that move from Toronto and the GTA to Collingwood and Southern Georgian Bay, after making it myself. Twenty-five years in real estate, 500+ clients, and I've stood on both sides of this. What I really do is help you figure out whether this life is actually yours, before you commit to it. No pressure, just an honest look at what you'd be gaining and what you'd be leaving.
My Story
From Toronto to Collingwood
I spent more than 25 years in Toronto real estate, and I know that world well: the momentum, the competition, the pace that leaves almost no room to pause. I was good at it, and for a long time it was exactly right.
Then I started noticing the quieter thing underneath. Success was there, but something had shifted. If you've built a full life and caught yourself wondering whether it still fits the way it used to, I know that moment. I lived it.
My move to Collingwood wasn't an escape. It was a recalibration. Now I work with people asking the same questions I once did, with guidance that comes from having stood on both sides of that line.
What I will do is help you figure out whether this life is actually yours. Twenty-five years of Toronto market experience, and the lived reality of life up here. That combination is rare, and it means I can offer guidance most agents in this market simply can't.
Most of the people I work with are moving up from Toronto and the GTA, and more and more from Waterloo Region, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge, too.
